These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Mums Kitchen (the "Service"), operated by Katie O'Neill ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

All content, branding and materials in the Service are owned by Katie O'Neill and protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Payment & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our materials reference AI tools. Outputs from AI tools may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them and for any decisions you make based on them. AI outputs are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or allergy advice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
