How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with.
  2. Choose the order and request a refund directly through Paddle.
  3. Or email us and we'll help you with the request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, but funds usually appear within 5–10 working days.
